1. Shipping Scope
We provide nationwide and international pharmaceutical cold chain logistics services. Our shipping network covers: Hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies Medical institutions and research centers. Authorized distributors and patients (where applicable under regulations)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed after verification of product type, storage requirements, and compliance checks. Processing times vary depending on the nature of the goods (e.g., vaccines, blood products, clinical trial materials). Once processed, shipments are scheduled with the next available cold chain route to ensure minimal delay.
3. Shipping Methods
We use only validated cold chain transport solutions: Refrigerated trucks and vans with real-time monitoring.
Temperature-controlled packaging (insulated containers, cold packs, dry ice when necessary) Regulatory-compliant handling at all stages
4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Cold Chain Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on distance and service region. Express Services: Available for urgent medical shipments. International Deliveries: Subject to customs clearance, regulatory requirements, and local logistics capacity. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, customs, or force majeure events.
5. Order Tracking
Customers can track shipments in real time using our online order query system. Simply enter your order number to view the current status, location, and delivery ETA.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on:

7. Compliance & Responsibility

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment arrives compromised, customers must notify us within 24 hours with supporting documentation. We will investigate promptly and take corrective action. While we strive for 100% reliability, we are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, natural disasters).
